We are trying to decide if we need to hire a wedding coordinator or just plan it ourselves??? Any suggestions? We will get married in Nashville, TN, so we will be planning from Chicago. How much do consultants cost?? Any help is appreciated..

My Wedding is August 8th. When should I send out the invitations and what date should I have my guests RSVP by? Is buying your own invitations and printing them acceptable or should I have them printed?

All I can say is that we had such a great time in New Orleans. It was St. Patricks Day weekend and there were plenty of shops, stands, and beads going around. It was so much fun!

Hi, a little down, I just found out my parents are having $ problems,My dads had some bad health problems but I didnt know they were having $ problems too. Help!!!! I live n a small town and there is nowhere to get married. The only bed n breakfast house is booked. I rented a building but now it looks like it would take a miracle to decorate.The wedding and reception will have to be in the same place and the building has 1 room.I thought about have the wedding @ the lake but there is no guarantee that I would have the area to use to get married. We had a sudden death in the family and I wanted to do something special in our ceremony to remember her. The ceremony is at sunset on a beach in mexico. Beside our unity candle I had a clear vase personalized with her name and "Present in our Hearts." I am looking for ideas to add something from the guest. Theres only about 30, something like everyone putting sand in it or putting something in the vase before the ceremony starts? Any ideas?!?! thanks!
